Foods you CANNOT eat on your New Year’s Diet.

1) Skinny Teas

They don’t actually work. Anything you feel working is probably just caffeine. If it “works”, it’s because you changed some other eating or exercise habits.

2) Candy Corn

This is an abomination of a candy and hardly worthy of being considered edible. Eat Reese’s like a normal person.

3) Cauliflower “Wings”

Also, Cabbage “Steaks”.. call it anything else or be forever judged, weirdo.

You can eat anything else you want in appropriate amounts. You can also eat too much of anything. I’m happy to help.

You really can. I have an addiction to cookies, so I made sure I can fit them into my daily routine. One full Crumbl Cookie a day (usually) keeps me sane. No, I can’t have an unlimited amount, but that’s to be expected. You can probably have an unlimited amount of vegetables (unless they are fried). Everything else can be fit into your daily routine too.

I’m not saying that some foods aren’t “healthier” than others, because that would be a lie. All I’m saying is that no food is completely off-limits. Enjoy the foods you love in the right amount… aka Eat Responsibly.
