Tracking on my own. Training on my own.

I saw some progress, but eventually hit a hard stop… and not at my goal.

What actually changed things?

So I hired a coach.

I needed structure, accountability, and someone to remove the guesswork and to just tell me what to do.

That’s when I got lean—and stayed lean. It worked so well, I stuck with my coach for 20 months!

That’s exactly how I coach now.

No extremes. No overcomplication. Just a clear plan you can actually follow.

And it’s the same approach I now use to get my clients results.

Why I Coach The Way I Do

I grew up playing soccer all the way through college.

I loved the competition. I loved being in shape.

After that, I got into CrossFit to keep that feeling.

I stayed strong. I stayed active.

But something was missing.

I wanted to LOOK like I was in shape too.

I hired a 1-on-1 coach. Got certified. Learned what actually works.

Now that’s what I focus on:

Simple, effective training and nutrition that people can actually stick to.

Because being in shape is one thing.

Looking like it is another.
