Top 10 Kitchen Items for Nutrition!

If eating healthy is hard, you won’t do it. Simplify your nutrition with these Top 10 Gadgets. Here’s what I use:

1) Etekcity Food Scale

 

You cannot survive without a food scale… at least in the beginning. Not every “serving”, “slice”, “scoop”, or “medium banana” is the same. Weigh your food.

 

You need protein… and this will make the JUICIEST prepped meats around. I’ll never go back to baking or grilling to prep.

Ice Cream every night? Yes, please. You can make a REALLY good protein ice cream for 35g of protein and under 400 cals for the whole pint… and it’s pretty simple!

Not quite as good as the Sous Vide… but more versatile. Set it and forget it, your phone tells you when it’s reached the appropriate internal temp.

Whether you like it or not, the air fryer makes cooking things a breeze. Also, if you want something to be crispy, the microwave just won’t do.

Carbs aren’t the enemy. Make prepping them easier with a rice cooker. Cheap and easy.

A blender is key for a lot of different recipes, but I find it most useful for making an end-of-day smoothie to hit your remaining macros. You can adjust ALL the ingredients to hit your targets perfectly. The smoothie consistency might be off, but your nutrition won’t be.

Get your protein and creating in without the clumps! A frother is used more often than I even though it would be.

Gotta stay ahead of the game with meal prep. These are my go-to prep containers!

Coffee is a necessity, obviously… a late night drink that might help ya sleep better goes a long way.
