Reese’s Oreo Protein Creami Recipe

If you own a Ninja Creami and love high-protein desserts, this recipe is a winner.
It tastes like a mashup of:
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Oreo cookies
- a Blizzard
- chocolate ice cream
…but with macros that fit your goals.
This quickly became one of my favorite Creami combinations because it’s:
- high protein
- under 400 calories
- incredibly easy to make
And honestly, it tastes far more indulgent than the ingredients would suggest.
Things You Might Need
I’ll link the exact products I used below:
- Ninja Creami
- Milk Frother
- Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Shake
- PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- Sugar-Free Chocolate Jell-O Mix
- Reese’s Oreo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Shake
- 10g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 10g Sugar-Free Chocolate Jell-O Mix
- 2 Reese’s Oreo Cookies
- Pinch of sweetener of choice
- Approximately 2 oz Fairlife Skim Milk (for Re-Spin)

Step 1 — Make the Base
Add the following to your Ninja Creami pint container:
- Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Shake
- PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- Sugar-Free Chocolate Jell-O Mix
- Sweetener of choice
Use a:
- milk frother
- blender
- whisk
- shaker bottle
…to fully combine everything until smooth.
Step 2 — Freeze Overnight
Place the pint into the freezer overnight until completely solid.
Step 3 — First Spin
About 45 minutes before spinning, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit out slightly.
Then:
- Run hot water around the outside edges of the container for a few seconds
- Place the pint into the Ninja Creami
- Spin once using the Light Ice Cream setting
Step 4 — Re-Spin for Creaminess
Add approximately 2 oz of Fairlife Skim Milk.
Then run:
- 1 Re-Spin cycle
This is what gives it that super creamy texture.
Step 5 — Add the Mix-Ins
Crush up:
- 2 Reese’s Oreo Cookies
Add them to the center of the pint and run:
- Mix-Ins
The Result
You end up with a ridiculously creamy chocolate peanut butter protein ice cream with:
- Oreo cookie crunch
- Reese’s flavor
- chocolate ice cream texture
- thick soft-serve consistency
Basically a dessert that tastes like something you’d order at an ice cream shop while still helping you hit your protein goals.
Optional Tweaks
Want to customize it?
Try:
- adding extra Oreo pieces
- drizzling PB2 on top
- adding mini chocolate chips
- mixing in Reese’s Pieces
- using vanilla Fairlife and extra PB2 for a stronger peanut butter flavor
Estimated Macros
For the entire pint, this recipe comes out to approximately:
- 394 Calories
- 40g Protein
- 36g Carbs
- 10g Fat
Pretty ridiculous for something that tastes this close to an actual Blizzard.
Final Thoughts
One of the best things about the Ninja Creami is how easy it is to create desserts that actually support your goals.
This recipe is a perfect example.
It tastes like a legit dessert while still helping you hit your protein goals for the day.
And yes… it absolutely tastes better than most protein ice creams you can buy in stores.
