Coach Boski: Pilot
I’m taking my talents to the interwebs. Welcome to CoachBoski.com… but what the heck is this for?
The goal of this website is to make it easier for people to eat healthy and workout. There’s millions of options out there, and I understand that this is another one… but the main goal is simplicity and transparency. I’ll be using this as a platform for Nutrition Coaching. You’ll also see things I actually eat and workouts I actually do.
Nothing fancy, no special ordered ingredients, everything you can find at a Kroger or Costco or maybe even Amazon Fresh. You can go to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods if you’d like (no judgement, I like em both)… but you don’t have to and you won’t need to. These are easy recipes that require very little to no cooking skill. From time to time, I may step it up a little bit, but I’m a simple guy.
I don’t use Tahitian Vanilla or monk fruit sweetener, and I don’t actually know where to find those things.
You can expect to see the foods you love, not cauliflower substitutes… like pizza, burgers and cookies.
Now that we know what the plan is, I’ll address the next genre of questions I’ve been getting over the last couple months:
“What happened to your shirts?” “Does your laundry machine work?” “Are you ok?” “Do you need me to shop for you"?”
Thank you, I’m fine. I’ve been working with a nutrition coach for a couple months for the first time ever and it’s been amazing. I do eat all those things mentioned above, as well as brats and fajitas and tacos and pasta. I eat all the foods that I love (and have tried some that I still don’t…fish). This process has made me realize that I enjoy making food work for me and my lifestyle, and I want to help others do the same. I’m happy working out shirtless and hope you can do the same.
