Butterbeer Cheesecake Protein Creami Recipe

If you own a Ninja Creami and love high-protein desserts, this recipe is absurdly good.

It tastes like a mix of:

  • cheesecake
  • vanilla ice cream
  • buttery graham crackers
  • butterscotch-style dessert flavors

…but with way better macros than traditional cheesecake ice cream.

Things You Might Need

I’ll link the exact products I used below:

  • Ninja Creami
  • Butterbeer Goldfish Grahams
  • Milk Frother

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Core Power Shake (14 oz)
  • 10g Sugar-Free Cheesecake Jell-O Mix
  • 30g Crushed Butterbeer Goldfish Grahams
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sweetener of choice

Step 1 — Make the Base

Add the following to your Ninja Creami pint container:

  • Vanilla Core Power Shake
  • Sugar-Free Cheesecake Jell-O Mix
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sweetener of choice

Important:
Save about 2 oz of the shake for later.

Use a:

  • milk frother
  • blender
  • whisk
  • shaker bottle

…to fully combine everything until smooth.

Step 2 — Freeze Overnight

Place the pint into the freezer overnight until completely solid.

Step 3 — First Spin

About 45 minutes before spinning, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit out a bit.

Then:

  1. Run hot water around the outside edges of the container for a few seconds
  2. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami
  3. Spin once using the Light Ice Cream setting

Step 4 — Re-Spin for Creaminess

Add the remaining 2 oz of Core Power Shake.

Then run:

  • 1 Re-Spin cycle

This is what gives it that super creamy texture.

Step 5 — Add the Mix-Ins

Add:

  • 30g crushed Butterbeer Goldfish Grahams

Then run:

  • Mix-Ins

The Result

You end up with a ridiculously creamy cheesecake-style protein ice cream with:

  • buttery graham flavor
  • cheesecake tanginess
  • crunchy mix-ins
  • thick soft-serve texture

Basically a dessert that tastes like a cheat meal while still helping you hit your protein goals.

Optional Tweaks

Want to customize it?

Try:

  • adding extra graham mix-ins
  • topping with whipped cream
  • adding butterscotch extract
  • mixing in white chocolate chips
  • using a caramel protein shake instead of vanilla

Estimated Macros

For the entire pint, this recipe comes out to approximately:

  • 338 Calories
  • 28g Protein
  • 35g Carbs
  • 10g Fat

Pretty ridiculous for something that tastes this close to an actual cheesecake dessert.

Final Thoughts

One of the best things about the Ninja Creami is how easy it is to create desserts that actually support your goals.

This recipe is a perfect example.

It tastes like a legit dessert while still helping you hit your protein goals for the day.

And yes… it absolutely tastes better than most protein ice creams you can buy in stores.
